Sir Muirhead Bone (Scottish 1876-1953)- ''Spanish Good Friday'' (Dodgson 412 viii/XXLX)- drypoint, 1925, signed in pencil, initialled 'B' upper right, signifying a reserve proof. A very fine impression with rich burr printed on wove paper. Bone repeatedly retouched the plate and carried it through 29 states, printing proofs of each state for a total of 160 impressions, 83 of which were in the final state. Proofs of early states are quite rare. 12 5/8 x 8 1/16''

For in-house shipping, our fees include all packaging time and materials, handling, insurance and freight charges. Shipping costs are calculated on dimensional weight. Shipping and handling with our in-house services can be up to 3-5 weeks from time payment is received, due to high volume we handle from auction.
